Great app for overcoming insomnia
I have been using Sleep Easy on and off for about six months. When I first got the app I listened
every single night and now I listen only when I’m struggling to fall asleep or when I wake up in
the middle of the night. I used to really struggle with insomnia but now, using Sleep Easy, I’m
typically back to sleep in minutes, not hours.
The app is easy to follow, allows you to download sessions, and gives choices of voices that are easy to listen to and calming.
I have learned more about how to fall asleep too, and so there are times when I don’t have the app/my phone handy and I have still been able to use the technology without the app on which is a great side benefit.
